As you'll see, dinner is rich, so you'll not have a problem falling asleep. it's necessary to drink lots of fluids (water) during such a diet. it's recommended to exclude salt from the menu. so replace it with herbal spices.

Tuesday:

Breakfast: same as Monday.
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, yogurt or kefir, 2 biscuits (or 2 pieces of bread “Tonus”)...
